Dreamy Life is an independent record label founded in 2014 in Fort Worth, TX. With an eclectic catalog that reaches from punk to singer-songwriter, country to electronic, and beyond, Dreamy Life Records have cultivated an imprint and roster defined more by an ethos than any specific sound.
OUR STORY
Dreamy Life Records began as the collaborative effort of two different label imprints based out of Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood of Fairmount, Dreamy Soundz Record and Lo-Life Recordings. The initial goal of this union was to be a safe haven and resource for the blossoming North Texas underground music scene. Dreamy Life’s imprint and catalogue has since grown and stretched into national and international markets, and our primary focus has pivoted to supporting the cultivation, growth, and reach of an eclectic roster of independent artists from North Texas and beyond, including Eric Osbourne, Pearl Earl, trauma ray, Cameron Smith, Acid Carousel, FIT and more.

Our record store is right on Main Street inside of the bar/venue Main at South Side, and there we buy and sell vinyl records, tapes, and CDs of all kinds, including local and international releases, as well as host weekly in-store performances and events which reflect the interest of our local music community.

Since 2014, Dreamy Life Records has sought to unify and support the blossoming scene in North Texas and beyond, as well as provide for our neighbors in North Texas an underground music emporium nestled in the heart of Fort Worth’s Near Southside neighborhood. Though our brick and mortar record store closed its doors in the Fall of 2022, we continue to release, promote and distribute vital, blissful and beautiful offerings from an eclectic roster of underground artists.
